Tom & Co Group announces two C-level appointments

The Tom & Co Group has announced two strategic appointments within its executive committee in a press release. Antoine Courtois is the new chief financial officer and Tim Bertels the new chief digital officer.

Antoine Courtois joins Tom & Co from Puressentiel, where he served as group CFO following a career across various sectors, including audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers and specialized retail at IKKS.

Tim Bertels was head of product development at Vyntra, a global fintech company, and gained extensive e-commerce experience at Veepee, where he held various roles in engineering, operations, logistics, and marketplace.

Sven de Waele will leave Tom & Co on 13 June, after having supported the development of e-commerce within the group over the past two years.
